Raw materials are melted in a medium-frequency induction furnace to produce molten metal that meets the required temperature and quality standards.

The molten metal is analysed to verify its chemical composition and ensure that it meets the required specifications before casting.
The molten metal is poured into prepared sand moulds to form the required casting shape.
The castings are allowed to solidify and cool naturally to achieve a stable internal structure.
After cooling, the sand mould is removed and the gating system and risers are separated from the castings.
The castings are cleaned by shot blasting and grinding to remove sand, burrs and surface impurities.
The castings undergo heat treatment to improve mechanical strength and wear resistance.
Each casting is inspected to ensure that it meets quality requirements before packaging. Products that do not meet the requirements are recycled.
Approved products are packaged, stored and prepared for delivery to customers.
